A segunda temporada de True Detective (HBO) terminou no domingo com a morte dos protagonistas e a sobrevivência das protagonistas (viés feminista?). Teve altos e baixos, com bons intérpretes prejudicados por um roteiro confuso e excesso de personagens. De tudo, destacou-se uma das canções da trilha sonora, The Only Thing Worth Fighting For, de Lera Lynn, cantora que mistura blues, pop e country numa levada bela e melancólica. A música foi feita especialmente para a série e ilustra bem o clima dark da história, das relações entre os personagens (incluindo o amor possível), seus conflitos, seu desamparo.
